In 2002 
> Ningbo Jiangbei Ultra tools Co.,Ltd was established based on the old trade company for developing, manufacturing and importing the DIY painting tools.
In 2003
> To rent workshop as a base of packaging.
> Ultra purchased a ground at 9900 square meter in the Ningbo Jiangbei Cicheng industrial zone and ready to construct own factory.
In 2004
> The first workshop was started building, ultra enter into the new developing stage.
> The first self-designed premier DIY painting tools was successfully enter into the north American market, and won a great deal repeat order.
In 2005
> The first workshop was finished and drive into operating.
> The leisure sports gun was successful developed, it indicated the second product line in Ultra tools come into truth.
> In the next half year of 2005,the management and stuff in the first workshop was get into the right path.
> The second workshop started to construct.
> The products enter into more than 20 countries, and the total sales amount is twice than 2004.
> The gun cleaning kit is successful developed, the leisure products get into the high speed developing period.
In 2006
> All the workshop at 9900 square meter is completely finished.
> The DIY painting tools still keep developing , and also many new developed paint pad was successfully put into the market.
> Nearly 50 items gun cleaning kit fully enter into the north American and Australia market, which definitely promote the company's second products line.
> Until the middle of 2006, the sale amount is twice than 2005.
The expected whole year sales amount will be 2-3 times than 2005.
